As illustrated in the diagram above, a Q-Balancer Mesh appliance at branch network is connected with multiple 4G LTE connections, while the other Q-Balancer appliance at HQ/ data center connects a high-speed Internet. The appliances at both HQ and branch locations work together to aggregate the bandwidth in between. With XBond (bandwidth bonding technology), the appliances are linked together via the proprietary tunnels and intelligently distribute traffic by packet across all available tunnels. This increases the backhaul capacity and reliability. When the demand grows, enterprises can flexibly add more links for more bandwidth. In the event of link failure, the solution diverts site-to-site traffic to the remaining active path(s) without sessions dropped.
